Jessica did a great job grooming my cat - claws and paw pads trimmed, ears cleaned, fur brushed, and sanitary area tidied up. My previous groomer at the same salon retired, so I was referred to Jessica. My cat and I will be going back for our next appointment soon.

I waited 15 minutes by the aquariums for service, the store was as quiet as could be, over the coarse of 15 minutes a gentleman with his daughter, and another woman began waiting and your staff was avoiding the area like that's where covid started, then when someone finally acknowledged customers in the store the people who showed up far after me were serviced before me. I was prepared to spend around 100.00 on fish with you today, now, and moving forward I will be going to petco

It’s actually shocking how downhill this store has gone. The red claw crabs had no way to get out of the water so they were all bunched up on the cord to their heater since it’s all they had, right next to their enclosure was the hermit crabs and I was shocked seeing their food bowl COVERED in mold plus they had no water. Dead fish floating in the tanks, reptile enclosures with zero humidity, snail tank filled with dead empty shells, birds in tiny enclosures packed like sardines eating garbage food, just overall depressing. No greeting or acknowledgment the entire time I was there but I can’t even be upset by that because the store was slammed and it appeared that there were only three VERY young girls working on a busy day and all three of them looked so stressed out by the chaos they could cry. The only plus was the store was impeccably clean and faced. It’s just a shame the focus seems to be on making sure the products are kept at a much higher standard than the animals. You know, the actual living breathing things the company claims to care so much about. Please shop anywhere else if you care about animals.

First of all I want to say some groomers not all have experience with yorkies and morkie haircuts. Please don't butcher people's pets if you don't know how to cut their hair just to get paid. I'm beyond upset I took my pomeranian and morkie for their usual haircut and bath at 5pm I don't know if they were rushing or no patience but left my morkie all cut up and bald spots on his body and shave burn on his belly. They claim he nipped at the groomer I see why they hurt him and h shave his little face to close to skin what the hell. And still charged me $55 but left his front legs without cutting his hair. I will NEVER TAKE THEM THERE AGAIN. I posted before and after. I said not to short and did whatever they wanted. I shouldn't have to pay full price if they left him all mess up.

This store is very clean and just feels comfortable. Something about the lighting was just right. The employee that helped me in the cat adoption center made me feel very comfortable. I usually have horrible social anxiety but she had a super chill vibe that just made the interaction extremely easy for me. Would recommend this store to anyone! Thank you so much for your help!
