Dr. O Connor has always been very friendly, kind, loving, and deeply committed to her patients. After every hospital stay she has seen me and gone though my records and medication with me. She work tirelessly in order to be the doctor others need when they are in need.

My mother has been a patient of Dr. O'Connor for 20+ years and really loved her. Dr. O'Connor was kind, attentive, and had a great rapport with my mom. About 2 and a half years ago, my mom developed really painful cracks on her hands and feet, so bad that it hurt for her to touch anything with her hands and she couldn't sleep at night because of the pain in her feet. Dr. O'Connor prescribed different creams as well as Otezla, but insurance would not cover it and my mom could not afford to pay the full price. My mom had several appointments with Dr. O'Connor where she asked to explore other options and even requested to be referred to a dermatologist (she needed a referral by her PCP because the insurance required it), but Dr. O'Connor never followed through on any other solutions she suggested to my mom as well as sending a referral to a dermatologist. After a year of trying to get Dr. O'Connor to find a solution to her very painful condition, my mom made the difficult decision to leave Dr. O'Connor and find another PCP. My mom was also very disappointed in how the staff at Dr. O'Connor's office treated her.
My mom was referred to a dermatologist at the very first appointment she had with her new PCP. She had an appointment with the dermatologist this morning and called me crying afterward because the dermatologist immediately diagnosed my mom with psoriasis, gave her a treatment she could immediately begin, and filled out paperwork to get the medicine my mom needs to be approved with insurance so insurance will pay for it. My mom is angry and disappointed that Dr. O'Connor would not do any of this for the 2 years she was seeking treatment for it while my mom SUFFERED from pain, bleeding from the cracks on her hands and feet, and the inability to do daily tasks because of the cracks, blood, and pain.
I am also very angry with Dr. O'Connor because, for whatever reason, she allowed my mother to suffer unnecessarily for 2 and a half years.
Dr. O'Connor, please do not let this happen to anybody else. I appeal to you and ask you from the bottom of my heart that you really evaluate your practice, ask yourself how you could have allowed this to happen, and that you do what needs to be done so you do not do this again to anybody else.
Also, I recommend you train your staff to be kinder to your patients.

Dr O'Connor is kind, bright, intelligent, and extremely knowledgeable about a wide range of conditions. She takes time to listen, ask questions, and discuss a health plan with you. Her office and support staff are great. I've been her patient since January 2000 and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. I highly recommend her. The same compliment applies to her PA Rachel. Rachel is as knowledgeable as if she was a Dr. I willingly see either one of them depending on availability. I highly recommend them to anyone with any condition. I have seen the poor comments about her office staff and have to say the problem is probably with the patient's attitude. I am grateful for the friendly, respectful way they have treated me and cared for me for so long.

Dianna O'Connor is an amazing doctor!! I give her 5 stars!!! She is wonderful, she listens to you and really cares about what's going on with you. She will keep on until she figures out what's causing your ailments! Wonderful doctor!!!

I agree with the other reviews on here though. The rude, rude, rude girl that answers the phone is horrible to deal with. She can't get you off the phone fast enough. She is very short with you and frankly, she needs to find a job where she doesn't deal with humans or any living thing!! The organization there isn't great either. My last appointment was by their request for a medication I have to stay on. I was in the exam room for almost an hour and never saw Dr. O'Connor. She was overbooked. I am a mom and had to go pick my kids up from school. I allowed plenty of time for my appointment that they required me to have. My life is important too!

I have been going to Dr. O’Connor for about three years now. Every time I go in or schedule appointment her staff is always really rude. Any information I’ve ever received from Dr. O’Connor is never been helpful. She does not want to explain things in detail and what to do to make it better They’re just there for the money I recommend going elsewhere.
