Those picture shows my bag before and after restoration. Unfortunately, the person who attempted the restoration did a poor job. Instead of improving it, they made it worse, using low-quality glue that left the bag even more cracked and dried out. It's unacceptable for a luxury bag to be treated with such subpar materials. This so-called professional's attempt to demonstrate their liquid's effectiveness only highlights their incompetence. It seems the store owner has completely ruined it. At this point, it's unlikely that even a skilled professional could salvage it. Anyway, choose him if you'd like to let him ruin your stuff

I went in to get snaps on a name brand purse I found at Goodwill. I was enjoying my find, but it had started popping open, causing concern that I was losing things. The owner was very friendly and installed the snaps that I needed, allowing me to continue carrying my purse. Its nice to know that they do more than fix shoes.

I noticed an article on the wall where he had been featured in the newspaper and that he had also received awards for his work. I would definitely recommend him and will return.

I'm so pleased with the job he did on my boots. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm having the zipper replaced in my boot. He fixed one boot a few weeks ago and now he's fixing the other boot. He is amazing

I took my 8 year old brief case in for a few slight repairs and to be cleaned and conditioned. It was completed in 5 days and looked better than it did when it was new. He even touched up some of the scratches with an artificial dye. Wonderful!
