I can't say enough good things about H and H. I recently brought in three chainsaws that had not been used in a few years, The owner (Josh) was super helpful and very honest. Two of the saws need some carb work because of old fuel. The third one only needed a good cleaning. Josh showed me all the bad parts that were in need of replacement. I had the saws back the next day. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and customer service.

I have been doing business with H&H for about 8 years and have had no issues. I travel the country repairing generators for a contract the company I work for has. Josh being a Briggs&Stratton dealer and Generac I have purchased roughly 300 generators and hundreds of parts for the repairs I do. Josh has gone out of his way to get what I need.

Took my Stihl chainsaw in for a tuneup after it hadn’t been used for 30 yrs. Picked it up & it worked for 3 min & died. I found the fuel line hadn’t been replaced- it crumbled in my hand. Astounding! Returned. To his credit, he fixed it no charge. Picked it up & it worked for 5 min. Died. Can’t go back. The incompetence is too obvious & costly - in time & money.

You be the judge- My employer had me take a push grass trimmer down to Josh because it would not run and had a small fuel leak. After a few days of not hearing from him I called a few times and left messages. Nothing. Finally got a hold of Josh and he says the engine is ceased. Paid 20 bucks to get it back. The employee that uses the trimmer was scared for his job. He and the boss took off the plastic shroud to take a look at the flywheel only to find a bolt wedged up in there. Sabotage or just an incompetent mechanic? Either way, I cannot recommend this shop. As of today, this trimmer has been running just fine after the carburetor was flushed out. Sadly this repair shop almost cost a man his job.
