I stopped by this morning to get my sister dog a treat. My sister told me that she really loves liver so when she looked on their website, it showed they have dried liver for dogs here as a treat. I came in the morning and arrived a couple minutes early but they were already open. It's all street parking here so if you come early enough, you might find street parking in the front of the place. It was a Sunday so they didn't charge for the parking meter. The staff is very nice and it's beautiful inside, like a high luxury spa place but this is a grooming place for pets. They didn't have the liver treats that my sister saw on their website so I got another liver treat that they had in the store.

We had such an amazing experience at Fluffology. It was our first time checking it out and we will definitely be back. Moriah was our pup’s groomer and she was so great and patient with our puppy Otis. I could tell Otis was really enjoying the experience. He normally isn’t the easiest at the groomers since he’s still pretty young, but Moriah was able to trim his nails and fully blow dry him (which he did great with!) Highly recommend Fluffology and Moriah! The front lobby staff was awesome too. They gave us a tour and played with Otis. He had such a great time! They also have a cute little photo area which is always fun. Thank you Fluffology for a great experience!

This is WAY overdue!

I have been taking my Shih Tzu mix, Siobhan to Steve for almost a year and I have no intentions of ever going anywhere else! Sadly, I have dealt with my fair share of chop shops and abusive overcharging groomers in LA and I can't express how very THANKFUL I am for Steve and the entire Fluffology team.

You might mistake this place for a high-end hair salon for humans at first glance, but it is actually just that for our sweet fur babies! They deserve the very best, and they will receive nothing less than that here!

Things I LOVE, besides Steve of course:

- SO CLEAN!!!
- Private grooming room
- Absolutely wonderful staff all around
- Fun shopping experiences and events
- More than fair pricing for the value
- Lots of restaurants, coffee shops and little stores to visit nearby while you wait

I could go on and on, but you just need to come find out for yourself.

My dog had a very premium experience at this luxury pet spa. After his normal groomer he can’t wait to get in the car and go home, but here he didn’t even want to leave. Clearly they treated him very well. Next time I’m back in the LA area I will definitely come here again. Expensive, but worth it. Very quick and very very high quality.

Old review: I recently took my 12-year-old Aussie Shepherd, Alma, to Fluffology and I couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Liz was incredibly accommodating, managing to fit Alma into their schedule on short notice. She also took the time to ensure that we communicated exactly what we wanted to Leo, our groomer, who was just fantastic.

Fluffology's setup is truly outstanding; each dog gets their own private room with the groomer, which made Alma feel so special and relaxed. The level of care and attention they give to each pup is remarkable and definitely sets them apart. It's clear they really love and understand dogs.

And the treats! They offer a selection that's practically human-grade — a testament to how they go above and beyond in every detail.

I'm thrilled to have found Alma's new regular grooming spot. Fluffology isn’t just a grooming salon; it's where your pet is rightfully treated like royalty. Absolutely worth it!

?Incredibly talented and expert staff! I brought Luna my English Springer Spaniel and she came out stunning! Liz and Daniel’s teamwork ensuring a pristine haircut was nothing short of show dog quality! This is now Lunas home for haircuts and I can’t wait to have a long lasting relationship with Fluffology! ?

Not only is this salon absolutely pristine and beautiful, and their grooms first rate (thank you Leo), but the staff go out of their way to make sure that Hugo's (and my) experience is always a positive one. I love that each dog has his/her own grooming room, which minimizes overstimulation from other dogs. Hugo smiles when he walks in and smiles when he prances out. I am so grateful to have found you!

bailey loved his groom/haircut. He has gone to the same groomer his whole life. He's 18 year's of age. They did a great job. I loved how he looked and smelled. He loved his groomer too! We won this groom in September. He also loved the chicken jerky they make in house. This place treats your fur baby as princess or a prince. ? ? ? ❤️
