Larry Miller continues to make service difficult. Schdeuled my appointment for 1pm on a Tuesday, have my wife take the truck in. Service person meets her, then leaves her in the truck for 15 minutes while he "goes to get the advisor" but never comes back. After the 15 minutes she gets out and connects with the correct person after some wandering through the service area. With an appointment, the oil change takes 2 hours. The warranty makes the service free, and the service appears to have been very thorough and professional, hence the 3 stars.The paperwork says i received a carwash, which i did not actually receive. Hopefully the next service will be better.

Had 8:15am appointment. As of11:30am had not heard anything. Called and was told Service Advisor was out to lunch and was told he was the only one that could tell us status of vehicle and would be back “some time after 12”. Drove to Shop and saw that our car was done. Had still not received a phone call our car was ready. Walked in and service advisor was back. Curious why nobody but this person could tell us status of our vehicle
