I had an exceptional experience at Larry H Miller Jeep! My salesman, Vincent, was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to my preferences in selecting a vehicle. Unlike experiences at other dealerships, I never felt pressured, which made the process refreshing and enjoyable.

Tyler, the manager, was also helpful and available to answer any questions I had, ensuring a smooth experience. I typically find the finance and insurance process daunting, but David “Mikey” O’Hanlon completely changed my perspective. His affable and straightforward approach, guided by his “Do the right thing” philosophy, was truly commendable. This team exemplifies how a dealership experience should be!

Was a very easy, hassle free process with an emphasis on exceptional customer service. Thanks Vincent for making this process stress free and convenient.

Update: 12/16/2024. Three days after driving the car off the lot the check engine light indicating an emissions valve failure, faulty (non-functioning) emergency brake, entertainment system that freezes up, and a headlight out. The multi-point inspection guaranteeing the customer gets a decent quality used car Vincent spoke of doesn't seem to have been done or doesn't exist, pure fluff. Buyer beware, charlatans and liars.

I opted not to get the extended warranty but assumed three days is a little early for all these problems to manifest. When I asked to see what they can do so soon after a purchase, the answer I got was "tough luck." Oh well, lesson learned: don't buy from Larry H Miller again.

Im redoing my review...we all have good days and bad days...and as a mechanic, electrical issues are the worst sometimes...I want to thank the service manager for helping me and the technician that diagnosed my electrical issues. My jeep was in the shop for a third time. Please allow me to elaborate a little...all my lights and warnings were going off...my batteries were constantly getting drained. My shifter light stayed on. We replaced batteries the first time. A bad ground was found the second visit. The third time it was a damaged connector. In defense of the technicians...Warranty jobs are especially tricky because technicians have to follow certain guidelines, diagnosis steps, and procedures. Otherwise the manufacturer will not pay the warranty claim. It sucks but there's nothing a dealership can do about it.
Thank you everyone at the dealership that helped me, and thank you for your patience with me.

I like the vehicle my wife and I bought. She likes it too. The salesman, Michael Patterson, was very helpful, polite, and professional. The Finance Manager, Ayad, was also very professional, very helpful, and very personable, as was his father. High marks all around for the Larry H Miller Sales Team. I'm going to buy some U.S. Air Force, Army, Navy, and Marines flags to replace those silly UoA flags they have.

Very helpful, had an issue with my main battery in my 23 rubicon. Instead of just replacing it they gave me information as to why that could have happened then replaced it. All though it took a few hours since it was a item under warranty the service was amazing and the workers were extremely attentive.

Josh was eager to make sure we were satisfied with our service. He answered a lot of questions and liked the answers. He is a skilled technician we could tell. See you in May.

My husband took his Jeep to Larry H Miller for check engine lights associated with the oil pump and ABS system. After discussing the diagnostics with Taeylor, we decided to focus on the oil pump error code. Taeylor and the technician were very thorough with explaining their concerns with the oil pump replacement. The oil pump was replaced and the Jeep was picked up today 27 July at approximately 0930. We were pleased with the customer service provided by Taylor. He was helpful and kept us apprised of the vehicle status while it was in the shop. The issue I will describe in no way reflects on Taeylor. After we picked up the Jeep we noticed the oil pressure was dropping. The check engine light came on. We got the Jeep home and as my husband was clearing up the ABS errors he noticed an oil spot under the Jeep. He inspected the oil pan and observed oil leaking from between the pan and engine block. So much oil had leaked while driving that the undercarriage will need a full degreasing. We are not at all happy that we paid over $1700.00 for the oil pump repair only to have to take the Jeep back to the dealership to fix an oil pan leak. This should never have happened. We expect Larry H Miller to credit our bill accordingly.

I would give them NO stars but it won't let me! The first time I was here, they lost my keys. The second time I made an appointment for an oil change and was there for 3.5 hours. They told me that I needed $2,000 of work on my vehicle. I scheduled the appointment for ALL of the work to be done. After dropping it off, they called me later that day to tell me my $2,000 needed to fix it was now going to be $3,500. They have my vehicle, so I have to be some what polite. I will NEVER bring my vehicle there again.
